We’re each born with one of four temperaments, says Hypocrites.

Melancholic temperaments are genius prone, idealistic, and deeply sympathetic. They’re able to solve the most complex problems, initiate the most analytical thoughts, and create masterpiece works of art.

But all those Godsends come with a price. Perfectionism makes melancholics prone to despair because they seek heaven and this physical work constantly falls short.

Why would they be blessed only to be cursed? They’re not cursed, balance is the key to wellness! If the scales are tipped heavily in one direction, they need a harmonizing factor. We melancholics are perfectly designed this way!

After all, the greatest spiritual leaders and works of art have been born precisely because of deep despair.
