The more you keep yourself upbeat, the stronger every single organ of your body. Most physical problems stem from a weakening thought.

Shame, guilt, fear, and anger are lower energies that weaken you and they can only stop by bringing the higher energies of spirit to the mix. The goal is to monitor your state of weakness or strength and shift out of those thoughts that weaken you!
